I hate to tell the world about Hana Bistro cause love the fact this but food is great! Not crowded. Diamond in the rough! Fried egg rolls outstanding. Cheeses wontons freshest lightest tastiest ever. General Tso chicken - Ridiculously good! We Spilt all of the above, plenty for two.

With a blend of balanced Japanese and Chinese fair it's easy to find enlightened bliss with Ben's menu. The quaint bistro is filled with an eclectic Asian theme and the music plays lightly to the theme. I suggested a little more balance of Sake wine with more premium options because Ki-Ippon should never be served room temp or cold. I will definitely be back and prob order delivery as that is a huge bonus to have this quality of food delivered in the Edina area.

What stood out to me most when eating here was the service. Everyone was extremely attentive and helpful! It was really great and made for a wonderful experience. I also liked the overall ambiance of the restaurant. It was very serene and comfortable. I ordered mock duck and mixed vegetables, which I thought was pretty good. I wish I was a fan of sushi because the presentation of it was really pleasant to look at and there are a lot of different sushi choices at this place. Nonetheless, the food came out in a decent amount of time and both my mother and I were happy with how everything tasted. My dish came out exactly as I expected it to and satisfied my craving for the day.

Wow I just ate the best meal of my life. My husband and I came in to sample some sushi and we were blown away. The rolls are so creative and cute. We shared the coconut shrimp, sashimi platter, hot and sour soup, cream cheese wontons, and steamed oysters they had on special. They don't sell the oysters every day, they had just ordered it and were selling it for the holidays. We were so lucky. It's so delicious and so good. I thought I had eaten good Asian food before, but I was wrong. The flavors just hit another note. The chefs here at Hana Bistro are the best! We will be back with friends so they can enjoy too. The portions are large and generous, we had enough to bring home to enjoy it again for the next day. The flavors and quality of the food are totally worth the price.
